Amberg

In the proprietary cheese dairy at the Amberg location Bayernland refines precious raw materials from nature to high-quality cheese specialities.
Apart from cottage cheese, Rigatello, Caciotta and Mozzarella cheeses are produced in Amberg, which are intended to be exported above all to Italy. In addition to the Rigatello cheese dairy and for an  optimal and flexible extension of the semi-hard cheese range, production facilities for semi-hard cheese have successfully been in operation since 2002.
